The Mindfulness Village

It takes a village
to raise a child.

We're building one. A curated village of parents, experts and quiet revolutionaries - all working to create a better world for our kids and the generations after them.

Sign up now - we'll let you in the moment the village opens to the public. Inside: anonymous Letters of Truth, gentle gatherings, and a small circle of trained guides - held with care by Yvonne.

Why we're building it

Some truths are too heavy
for the dinner table.

The sentence you almost said to your child - and swallowed.
The fear you don't tell your partner.
The version of yourself you became at 7pm on a Tuesday.

The village is a quiet room for the things parents rarely say out loud. Not therapy. Not advice. A place to put the weight down - anonymously, in your own handwriting - and discover you are not the only one carrying it.

What lives inside

A curated village. Held by humans.

A curated village.

Like-minded parents, mindfulness teachers, child specialists and quiet seekers - invited carefully, never algorithmically.

It takes a village.

We are rebuilding the village around modern family life - the one our great-grandparents had, translated for today.

Letters of Truth - anonymous.

Sometimes parenting is hard, and the only way to be truly seen is to send the truth into the light. Anonymously.

  • Curated, not crowded.

Members are invited and gently vetted. The village stays small enough to feel like a circle - never a feed.

  • Letters are anonymus.

Letters of Truth are written under a soft pseudonym. Your real name is never shown - only used so a guide can reach you if you ask.

  • Witness before advice.

Replies are presence first. Solutions only when invited. Every guide is trained in the same posture.

  • Held by humans.

Yvonne and a small circle of trained mindful-parenting guides hold the room. Crisis content is met with appropriate resources.
