Shift 01

How not to get angry.

The mindful root-work for the daily versions of anger we rarely name: annoyance, frustration, gossip, lamenting, anger, and physical anger. Tools you can use at 7pm on a Tuesday.

Shift 02

How not to be ruled by cravings.

The same root-work, applied to the small loops that quietly run a life: food, cigarettes, unhealthy relationships, unhealthy routines, procrastination. For you - and modelled for your kids.

Why the journey works

Learn to surf the waves - as a whole family.

Stress, burnout, insecurity, anger, guilt, shame, addictions - these waves come for everyone. Inside the journey you and your children learn to ride them with steadiness, instead of being pulled under.

Above the wave: presence. Below the wave: overwhelm. We practice the climb back up - together.
